THE PLEBICITE IN COLOMBIA The plebiscite is a mechanisms of participation that give the Constitution so that the Colombians participating in politics decitions that are affect. Only the president of the republic , with the signature the minigters bring together all the country in order to participe in the dicitions executive In this case, it is the tool on which it decided to bet the National Government, and that later supported the Farc, in order that the Colombians legitimize the agreement that is achieved in the table of negotiation, to put endmpurpose to more than half a century of conflict. The objetive is to consult the Colombians if they are or not in agreement with the peace agreements that have been agreed by The FARC
I think that the Colombians should vote for YES because the country neef to progress, the peace is something that all the contries needs for be a better place, also all the generations will be gratefull, because it's a war that begins since too much time ago. The transport system more important is the
SITP, these buses in this last years the system has been criticize for the
citizen and tourist of other countries cause the service all so bad.
In Bogotá the transport system has been
innumerable grouse due to the service and the condition aren’t the best.
One of the mayor problems is that the
public transport (buses) are second hand, therefor usually the buses broke down
and the buses don’t lend the service require for the citizen.
Also they were presented complaint for the
insecurity there is in the station, but
the government do there are trying of get better that because because many
users you are taking other means of transport, the government has put a lot of
policeman in the streetsand also improving roads by passing buses.
Some drivers do not respect citizens. Drivers do not stop at the respective stations and occasionally do not respect the signs, drive like a wild and do not wait until people get off the bus stops.

The paralympics games he delivered more than 400 medals where contained medals the gold,silver and bronze medal. Where remaind the first the country the Chine with 239 medals, the second post country it was Great Bretain with 147 medals; and the third post it was the country of Ukraine with 117 medals.
The Paralympic games to me to seem are opportunity that there have those persons who have some physical disability, to be outlined in the sport that each one practices and like that him to demostrate to the persons say that one cannot. Also the paralympics games offer the posibility of look other perspective the sports.

Layout of the metro in bogota.
Bogota has much problems about the public transport , as we already know bogota has "transmilenio"
which is a system of bus that needs fuel for function, this system can not meet the needs of the city.
the population of bogota is 8 millions. The areas with more population than others are: Kennedy, Suba and Ciudad Bolivar .
The massive transit system has shortcomings when transporting the people in these localities , since it has too many people and the system has no abilitu to transport them .
The people think that the solution for this problem is the construction of the metro in bogota,
This metro has been a very controvertial topic since too many are years without construction , many mayors were elected exclusively for that construction of metro, but notfulfilled , this metro to had too many proposals such as the construction of this underground on air .
Enrique Peñalosa which is the mayor of bogota raise the construction of the metro raisinf , which will cos 13 billion of pesos , the president of the republic already destination them resources for the construction and the project will mean a great change urban for the city , the project is almost a made.
This metro will begin in Kennedy and will has 15 stations.

THE NEW WAY
In Bogota, in the last years, everybody talk about the metro, always the Majors make a lot of promises, one of them is to make the Metro, this thing is very dificult, because this generate descusions, this year Enrique Peñalosa is the Bogota major, and he say about the metro "i will build it, on my period the metro is going to bt real".
The metro will connect the diferents zones of Bogota, the south with the north and the east and west, is going to be really great, and it will be a solution to the problem of the traffic in Bogota, the metro need a great inversion like the ampliation of the Panama canal
The metro tickets will not have a elevated cost, but not they want the metro doesnt affect the Transmilenio cost and trhat service economy, the people are excited but some of them don't believe about the construction of the Metro, they think this thing doesnt exist.
Peñalosa explain the way of the Metro will be on the street, that will be elevated, and in the stations are located some apartamennts and shops and this will be great because this is for the popple, the people who need a better transport service, the people who make sacrfices for their familys.

THE BRONX
"Anyone who does not smoke is suspect. I do not hear, I do not see, I do not speak, that was the law of silence that prevailed in the Bronx, It was written ont the walls, also in the old Cartridge and even in San Victorino, With the complicity of all citizens. So it has been like that since decades.
With the construction of roads and Columbus Avenue (13th Street) and the emergence of more industries. San Victorino became a funnel where the "piperos" came together, smuggling, and they began to form the first cambuches to process alcohol, traffic gold and weapons.
There came and from there was distributed. Who does not remember the cry: Bottle paper? All that was collected was brought to the district San Victorino, where the glass he recycled and was used to bottle adulterated liquor. Especially whiskey, whose import it was regulated by high taxes. It was done in the cartridge, and bus parking smuggling center at a time.
The opinion about the is that luckily the Bronx has been closed, with all the problems in this place. With all this, also there is evidence that in the streets and quarters the number of thieves, homeless, drug dealers and addicts.
The homophobia exists since we have knowledgement, or since some religions (Ex: Cristianism) conquer most part of the world, in some of those cases the clerics, and most of the people that follow this belief, always had a racism (homophobia) to the gays, they believe that the gays are sinners, it is for them an abomination, because they think that god creates the man with the woman, and not the man with the man, and neither the woman with the woman, because the bible says that is an abomination that a man have sex with other man, and same with two girls.
But nowadays, the world has changed a lot, the last century some things changed, ex; the woman begins to take a paper in the world, too the childhood, most of the countries of Africa become independent, and since that period, the gays begin to make part of the society, as them are. Nowadays are like 14 countries that accept the gay marriage, and the most possible think is that all or most of the countries accept this.

The priest doenst say anithing. So because of this, the parents in the beginnig suport them, but with the time, the press find out of that situation, and begin to ask her in a committee, that if she was lesbian, she say the truth, and say that she doesn't never hide again, because she wanted to defend the gay rights, and say "when a society rejects a boy that is gay, he begin of a process of hatred, and scare, insecurity and reject, that ends in a suicide, the suicide rate is very high, and Colombia Lacks of tolerance".

The liberty who exist in Bogota to make graffiti’s is so
big, because in other countries the police make you a fine for make graffities
in the city, more specific in a public space. One of the most big and important
place of the city about the graffities is the downtown, because in that part of
the city is where mostly of the tourist arrive, and is the place where most of
the street artist go to decorate the city.
This kind of art have some restrictions with the stile and
technique and we can evidence that with some of the most famous artist of Bogota
like “Toxicomano” “Lesivo” “Stink Fish” “Bastardilla” “Ledania” and “DJLU”.
Christian Petersen who is an Australian guy that lives in
Bogota have the propose to demonstrate the high quality that have the graffiti
in Bogota and because of that he creates the “Bogota graffiti tour” and the event
realize all the Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays and the places who Christian
shows are: “El parque de los periodistas” “El chorro de Quevedo” “La plaza de
la Concordia” and “La Candelaria”.

More than 1,400,000 people participated in admission test of the Universidad Nacional of Colombia
Last sunday september 18th thousands of people around the country presented a test during four hours. In this exam was evaluated subjects like math, chemistry, reading, general culture.
The system to select the people that aprove is with a score from one to one thousand and goes since 580 that is the minimum for the music program, until 790 for Mechatronics Engineering.
Then the university create and public a list with all the results since the maximum score until the minimum score and make four groups to select the careers. So the people in the first group have the opporunity to choose any career in the university. And the next groups can only choose the careers still available and the same with the other groups.
So now we know there are diferent status of difficulty to be a student of Universidad Nacional of Colombia. We think there are a really few oportunities because is one of the only two public universities in Bogotá and so much people that doesn't have the money to pay a private university.
The euthanise is a medical practice in which you decide when you want to die, it is currently of an illness and is he/she doesn`t want to continue living.
Here in Colombia it is not allowed, you can`t decide what you want to do with your life (even if you are sick), you just have to live till the day you die. Nowadays this is a very important and controversial topic in Colombia. there are some countries where it is allowed.
My point of the view is that all people who suffer from terminal deseases are able to decide when do you want to die, it is an own desicion and it has to be a right. Due to the euthanasia have appeared battles legal which large bodies

The bronks is a place located in down town bogota,
this sector is very popular because there are a lot of crime, sale of nacotic
and there live vagabonds. Years ago the mayor had tried to exict the Bronx and
destroyed, but the mayor has not yet been. This year looks like the mayor made
it he decide at avict people of Bronx but he don’t though the rejection of this
acts, and know this people expanding around in the city and the community is
protesting for this because this people are consuming and doing your needs and
they harm to the community on special

The Comite olímpico colombiano send 147 atheltes for this olympic games, among their be Mariana Pajon, Catherine Ibaguen, Oscar Figueroa, etc. This athletes are the most important athletes in the Comite olimpico colombiano because are the best in their disipline.
The olympic colombian althletes have demonstrated their great capacity for the diferent sports wining gold silver and bronce medals in this olympics. Colombia currently win 8 olympic medals in this olympic games, the most important medals for Colombia were the Mariana Pajon`s gold medal Catherine Ibaguen`s gold medal and Oscar Figueroa`s making 3 gold medals for the country.
Colombia this year to has the best paticipation in an olpympic games and place to Colombia in the 23 position in the global ranking and lead countrys as Swiss, Greece and Argentina. We see as Colombia in Japan 2020.
Bogota and the expected subway
This project has been plained(planned) since 1950, and now in the 21st century, the public bus system is still the only way to move (we mean with public colective service) in all the city.
There are lots of reasons why in these 70 years Bogota hasn't had the posibility to build this necesary ans(and) usefull sistem (system), like that the mayors across the history never could be agree with the planes, all of them had diferents ideas like an underground and a metro above the city.
Now a days (nowadays) it is a progamme to create a metro above the city, for reasons like the economic situation and the esthetic of the city because up in the aire people and tuorist can see and appreciate the architecture, and also a reason is that it is easier and faster to build than a subway, a subway could last like 10 years and a metro above the city is planned to be constructed in six years.
I think is a good idea and they should start right now because we all have been waiting for this so much time. Also is good for the enviroment because it could use solar energy, and in case of a natural disaster it will be more secure.

The Homeless are people that do not have a house , many of these have problems with addictions for example to alcohol , drugs , etc...
the addictions is a problem of health , but no is (it isn't) a problem of moralor ethics , as many people (b)lelieve, because the homeless must be treated as sick.
The adictions must be treated in the hospitals or centers where and the homeless can overcome the sick.
Drug addiction is a problem affecting and complain a the citizens to all the population of Bogota , due to the corruption them (there are)inhabitants that are that are drug adiccts not have could (and haven't been able to) reincorporate ans in some other way or returning to the city , work and or returning to the normal life, work and become part of the peopleof good inhabiting bogota. A few days ago the metropolitan police of Bogota intervened in areas where the majority of drug adiccts in(from) the city arecincetrated in these areas kidnapped , cutthroat and tortured people and prostitution , the most unfortunate thing of all is that there were children in the area , which were in state of destitution and drug addiction.
These operations that were made in the area central (central area) of the city, (it) took of center of de(the) metropolis to all themdrug addicts , capturedto some criminals and recovered to them children that were there, but hada consequence , which was that spread the problem by all the city and now them citizens is complain of this ans is feel insecure
This hapens when several other harmful gases (chemical, biological,physical)alten the enviroment in which we live, this is produced by the action of man and this is the main culprit for the pollution of
rivers, seas, air, land for commercials agreicultural or industrial actvities.
When and enviroment is contaminated it is because the features change and affect the healt of living beings and the avality of natural recurces.
Examples of environmental pollution :
We have taken care of polluting the environmental almost entirely.
we have polluted the water incorporating therein foreing matter such as microorganisms, chemicals, industrial waste and other sources of waste water, the problem is that these materials deteriorate water quality and make it useless for their respective uses.
the floor incorporating foreign malter such as trash, toxic waste, chemo products and industrial wastes, soil pollution we cause to the physical,chemical and biological imbalance that directly affects plants, animals and humans.
the air through the addition of harmfultoxic gases such as CO2 into the atmosphere, gases that affect the normal development of plants, animals and negatively affect the health of humans.
Opinion Angie:
as an opinion one way to avoid this serious pollution awareness and recicle, use public transport to avoid pollution such as bicycle or electric cars to improve the avality of natural resources and the healt of aurselves.
Opinion Alejandra:
Enviromental pollution, in my opinion is specifically caused by uncontrolled consumption generated by our economic system, capitalism, is a problem of great concern to the world population, which perform variety of campaigns intended to sensitize people of the importance of protecting the enviroment pollution using methods such as recycling and conscious consumption markets, environmental pollution directly affects our quality of life to such an extent that we will end our existence and that is why a problem we should not eradicate because i think it's something complicated if not impossible,if not decrease through the varity of campaigns that are being prpposed today.
If we have to talk about the tolerance, first we have to talk about its origin, but we have to say that the tolerance is the first fundamental right, but before, it was called the religious freedom of conscience, in that age (B.C) the people that respects the beliefs of the others was a person that tolerates, with the pass of the years, this person will be called tolerant.
Nowadays (since 19748) the tolerance plays different roles depending on the type of society in question.
If we talk about Bogota, the people is not much tolerant with the people that is around them, if we want to talk about the tolerance that is in this city, we have to sor out the people that live here, because in this city lives different kind of people, for example there are "Ñeros" (vulgar and without education people), drivers from the public transport, people that works honestly, old people, and people that follows different urban cultures or religions.
If we have to highlight the most intolerant people, i'll say that the drivers from the public transport, the religious people and the egocentric people in bogota are the most intolerant persons, you cannot talk to them, and argue with them, most of them are stubbron, inclusive in most of the cases, its imposible to say your opinion against them.
And the most tolerant people, are the old people, and the people that works selling in the streets or the people that is poor, maybe it's because they dont want to lose their time or, they are very pacific.
But we are just generalazing, most of the people are intolerant in this country, but, for us, the described people are the most intolerant/tolerant kind of people.

Every four years in the world almost all the countries take place in the Olimpic Games, (T)this year it is celebrated in Rio, Brazil, and it will be the first city from Latin America to host the games. It will be since fifth to twenty first August 2016.
This time countries like Kosovo and South Sudan will be there for first time in history.
It has been filtering some ideas about the recent attacks aroun(d) the world and that it has been happening in cities like Paris where is been(was) the France Tour, or in Turkey this year in the moment when there was a gymnastic champion, also in Munich last week there was an attack. So the attacks has been occuring in places with a lot of people concentration for sporting events.
Knowing these, people is afraid for (of)a new attack in Rio because the games are a really very important event for the entire world and it host like more than 10.500 athletes from all those countries and is worried(it's worrying) the security of them and of (from)all the spectators.

The ''icfes'' test
It is an state exam that it's made every year for all students to(from) eleven grade to (in) Colombia in the second semester. Subjetcs(subjects) like math, science, physic, chemistry, socials and english (...?). It`s used for (to) get a score and get into a superior education, it might be a Technical Institute for training or (a) University.
The students are unconfortable because of the big pressure that the test generates because the kmow (they know) if the score is not the better(best) that (will) affect too much them (their) lives. This test can give to the (ones with)better (the best) results a schoolarship benefited by public institutions, that allow the students for a few entries and give (them) the possibility to student(study) in a private university for (having) a better future.
